- Someone who wants to count calories and weigh/measure every last morsel of food that goes into meticulously prepped Tupperware – this is about understanding biofeedback, including HORMONES, to learn not just what to eat, but how much and when (aka intuitive eating)
- Someone in search of a fast fix and quick results – the women who achieve the best results are the ones who embrace the journey, not the final destination
- Someone who doesn’t have time to prioritize herself – change takes time, patience and consistent practice, even when it’s tough
